DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Our primary product is a digital concealed carry permit application service. Upon completing your purchase, your login credentials for the application portal will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive, and be sure to check your spam folder.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT SHIPPING

Physical products (such as the Concealed Carry Holster) will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by contacting us within 60 days of your purchase.

CONDITIONS

• Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• Physical products must be returned in their original condition.
• All refunds for digital products render the associated Application Form DSSP260 invalid, null, and void. You agree to destroy all copies of the form upon receiving any refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
